Núa (pronounced NOO-uh) is Irish for new — but its truer meaning is closer to renewed. Refreshed. Made whole again. We chose it because every guest who walks back from the beach with sand on their feet and salt in their hair seems to find a little of that.
StayNúa is a small collection of vacation rentals on Florida's Gulf Coast, run by people who actually live and breathe the islands we host on. We pick properties we'd want to stay in ourselves, keep them the way we'd want to find them, and hand the keys to guests who get it.
No corporate property managers. No call center hold music. Just well-kept stays in places that earn their reputation — Treasure Island, Clearwater Beach, and the quiet stretches in between.
Our two properties sit on opposite ends of one of Florida's most beautiful stretches of barrier islands — close enough that you can stay at one and explore the other.

Treasure Island and Clearwater Beach sit on a chain of barrier islands along Florida's Gulf Coast — about 30 minutes apart by car. Both are known for the same things: powdered-sugar sand, water clear enough to see your toes, and sunsets the whole town stops to watch.
The smaller stuff that locals love: ice cream walks at John's Pass, dolphin sightings off Pier 60, the sand sculpture festival every November, fishing charters out of Hubbard's Marina, and the kind of seafood shacks that have been there since before you were born.
It's a coastline that doesn't ask much of you. Show up. Slow down. Let it do its thing.
